• Oracle readings for counsel and guidance: personal, interpersonal, cultural and spiritual counsel to guide clients (ages 18+) as they navigate through a time of radical transformation. Readings are offered in person, online video calls, and phone calls with individuals or small groups (maximum 4 people).

• Cultural Strategy: 

• Capacity building: identify client-specific intentions, objectives, resources, and offerings that align with context-specific needs for support

• Program Leadership: supporting relationships with funders, partners, and consultants; 

• Program strategy: curriculum development, program design, and project management to expand technical assistance; developing research and evaluation tools; food and cultural events project curation and implementation

• Qualitative research: conducting fieldwork research and ethnography, translating research into practice such as focused group discussions, interviews, and providing technical assistance to sites

• Performance monitoring and reporting: data collection, designing performance measuring tools, presenting reports with leadership and multi-agency collaborators

• Consulting on Racial Justice, Cultural Studies, and Educational Equity: teaching, training, evaluation/auditing, and workshop facilitation with transitional age youth, adult learners, business management, and administrative staff through in-person, online and hybrid modalities
